3. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We take reasonable care to describe our products and pricing accurately. However, small variations in colour, texture, weave, print placement or dimensions are normal for fabric and handcrafted items. Images on this website are for reference only. Actual prices, availability and stock are confirmed in-store or through direct communication with our team.

4. Purchases & Payment

Purchases can be made in-person at our store in Souk Mubarakiya, or arranged via phone or WhatsApp order. All prices are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise. Payment methods accepted at our store include cash and standard local card payment options. Any online payment arrangements will be communicated in advance.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Refund or exchange is available within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The original invoice must be presented.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Certain items — such as undergarments, hijab under-caps, prayer wraps and altered pieces — cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• Discounted or sale items are final and non-returnable, unless faulty.

6. Communications with Us

When you contact GD Fashion by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media, you consent to us responding through the same or a similar channel. WhatsApp messaging is provided in partnership with Meta and its authorised Business Solution Providers, and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the GD Fashion brand name, logo, product images, page text, layouts and design — is the property of GD Fashion / Mubarak United Group or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, republished or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
